WSP is currently initiating a search for Training Managers for our Customer Service Centers and Back Office Systems for multiple locations. These roles are contingent upon contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating the program and required training programs for all staff associated with our clients site.  At the Operations Center, the team is responsible for the management of the training programs for 50+ customer contact center, Customer Walk-Up Centers, and other back-office operations functions.
  • Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and new hire training processes.
  • Create and maintain all program-related training documentation and materials
  • Create a positive atmosphere conducive for effective learning and efficiency in contact center and other operational aspects
  • Develop and facilitate ongoing, professional, and leadership development  training

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Training Management experience
  • 5+ years of general management experience
  • Excellent client communication and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Training and/or management experience in tolling operations.
