    This role will be of interest to assertive results-focused sales professionals who have a demonstrated ability and record of accomplishment of building key and lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional results. The territory boundaries are the following: Downtown & Mid-Town Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, North to Brampton and Orangeville.

Major Responsibilities
  • Achievement of the regional street sales target. Manage all sales through foodservice distributors in the region.
  • Identify and secure new accounts and expand volume within existing account base. 
  • Focus on development of Nestlé Professional (NP) solution based selling through presentations and demonstrations at both Food Service Operators and Distributors groups.
  • Present new products to all key operators within the territory.
  • Leverage internal resources to develop culinary menu and recipe applications for NP categories for Distributor trade shows and Distributor Sales Representative training sessions.
  • Responsible for execution of all branded products launches.
  • Work in partnership with the national account team to ensure successful implementation of chain programs.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably within the foodservice industry.
  • Previous foodservice culinary /beverage operational experience a definite asset but not required.
  • Excellent presentation skills combined with strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with a solid understanding of the sales process.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Must reside within the territory and travel as required based on territory needs.
  • Valid Full Driver’s license and safe driving record required
