SUMMIT Aspiring Leader Finance Program (Canada)
We are pleased to share that in 2018 we will offer new graduates opportunities in our SUMMIT Aspiring Leader Finance Development Program
The SUMMIT Finance Program offer promising hospitality talent, with an affinity for financial acumen, the opportunity to achieve a deep understanding of Finance and Business Support as it relates to luxury hotel operations, working alongside the industry’s very best.
As a program participant, you may rotate, over the course of 18 months, through 2 properties, within a specific region, in the areas of:
- Purchasing/ Receiving
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General Cashier
- Income Audit
- General Accountant
- Night Audit
- Hotel Management Agreement

Who is our ideal candidate?
We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality and the skills and qualifications listed below:
- A desire to advance your career within Finance, in the hospitality industry
- University or College Degree or Diploma, with a focus in Hospitality, Finance, Accounting and/or Commerce
- A minimum of 1 year hospitality, or finance/accounting related experience
- Proven skillset in Financial Acumen and Business Support
- Excellent communication skills in English (and French for properties in Quebec)
- Confidence, maturity, and adaptability
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
