Sr. Professional, Sales Support - Retail

Be part of our Retail team at Ingram Micro!

We are seeking a full time permanent Sr. Professional Sales Support-Retail to champion as a forecasting liaison for our top retail accounts including Staples, Walmart, Costco and others.

Our Sr. Professional should possess knowledge in regards to working day in and out with the Retail Link and JDA tool

In addition, should be highly skilled in the retail marketplace and a requirement for our customers would be reporting:  specifically providing VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory, Promotional Pricing execution, Delivery metrics, KPI scorecards

You are a highly analytical professional who understands order to successfully forecast on customer needs, mitigating fill rate fines, transit day requirements, achieving Ingram DIO targets, along with minimizing aging.

In this role you will work with customers directly on their KPI metrics and replenishment solutions.

Assist in inventory eCommerce growth strategy on SKU and Vendor pipeline management, identifying and building SKU count within their specific account, ensures metrics and success are obtainable through customer referenced data.

You will be a “Product end of life cycle Management” champion focusing on inventory strategies in order to minimize inventory exposure and aging

With your strong interpersonal skills, you’ll have direct account ownership and direct vendor ownership, spending 50% of your time dealing with Customer and Vendors educating and selling Ingram value, programs, products and services

Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group. Tracks data and creates reports regarding market conditions, sales results, team earnings, etc.

Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of experience in the retail inventory support space you will also have strong working experience with Retail Link and/or JDA tools 

College Diploma or a University degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).

The ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems.
