Global Partners & Alliances is looking for aSolution Integration Technical Consultant
to join the team.
APIs have become the building blocks of digital transformation, enabling organizations to deliver exceptional customer experiences, create new revenue streams and connect employees, partners, apps and devices to data—anytime, anywhere. As part of the Dayforce Software Partner Program, Partners can extend the Dayforce eco-system, by developing integrations to Dayforce utilizing the technical resources and tool such as Dayforce API’s and Web Services. The Technical Consultant is a key role in the success of our Partner integrations. This position will work very closely with our Development team.
- Provide technical support to internal and external business partners
- Guide Partners around best practices for integrating with Dayforce
- Assist in troubleshooting Partner integration issues, pre and post launch
- Review Partner requirements and develop solution proposals
- Serve as VOP (Voice of Partner) for future requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical support, solutions integrations, or equivalent
- Experience with Swagger, C#, SQL, .NET and JAVA
- Experience with Web Services
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience with ETL tools
- Very good understanding of data structures and database concepts
- Experience with Integration Platforms such as Dell Boomi, Jitterbit and MuleSoft
- API development
- Understanding of SOAP and RESTful APIs including build, error handling and trouble shooting
