THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Director, Digital Brand you will be leading a team with limitless growth and a common goal to advance Aritzia’s online presence. You will be responsible for building, engaging and retaining our customers through personalized content, at the right time and through the right vehicle. You will partner directly with both the Marketing and eCommerce leadership teams, in order to originate and execute initiatives which drive customer acquisition, retention and affinity.
You will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Increasing engagement with our customers by crafting personalized messages that captivate and inspire their passion for style
  • Driving the Aritzia.com messaging program in order to increase engagement and conversion
  • Owning what to say and when to say it, and testing those innovations with detailed analytics that will drive your team to dominant monthly targets
  • Creating automated processes that will improve efficiencies and give your team time to innovate and collaborate
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
 
As a seasoned professional in your craft, you use your experience to move the needle and inspire your team to grow to new heights. As an entrepreneur you look past what’ is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.
 
You will be successful in the role with:
  • Extensive experience in progressive Marketing/eCommerce roles at the senior management level in the retail fashion industry
  • Business to consumer experience is a non-negotiable, our customers are your focus
  • 10+ years in Digital Marketing leadership role, with either a Brand or Technical focus
  • Proven ability to articulate vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team while focusing on achieving business goals
