What You’ll Be Doing

Let’s start by letting you know which area we are hiring for.  Client Account Management (CAM), or ‘Collections’, is part of the Client Connectivity and Innovation group.  Our ‘world’ is focused on providing for clients in difficult financial circumstances and those identified as a credit risk. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and lead the end-to-end processes management and/or process re-engineering projects that enhance employee and client experience.  As a Senior Consultant in our Process Centre of Excellence team , you’ll use your experience to provide leadership on key projects to improve the quality of key processes that impact our clients. You’ll lead the planning, development, and implementation of process strategies that will build the bank of the future.  You will also plan the activities to support multiple/complex process reviews and projects, enabling CAM to achieve operational excellence through transforming people, process and technology.
How You’ll Succeed
  • Leadership –  You have the ability to identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process / productivity improvements that will lead to an improved client experience and profitable revenue growth. You understand the banking environment and have the ability to navigate the organization to drive change.
  • Problem Solving –  You can develop imaginative solutions and new ways of thinking about situations, problems and opportunities. You have experience planning, supporting and provide training in Process Engineering and other improvement methodologies to executives, process owners, process engineers, associates and others.
  • Task Achievement –  You have a track record of driving and tracking projects to successful completion. You can provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
  • Interpersonal Relations – You have excellent communication skills and can communicate/present clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization. You can develop various strategies to convince others and build support for process improvement recommendations.


Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate 3 to 5 years experience in a process engineering role. It's an asset if you hold a Lean Six Sigma certification.
