Description

Reporting to the Applications Support Manager, the incumbent is responsible for Level 2 SAP Functional, Order to Cash (OTC) and Purchase to Pay (PTP) support.


Responsibilities

2nd Level Support for SAP Functional OTC / PTP modules :

  • Perform basic to medium complexity configuration
  • Perform basic debugging/bug analysis
  • Escalate to other support L2 or L3 team with analysis
  • Perform and implement small enhancements
  • Responsible to build/maintain training materials in central repository
  • Responsible to build/maintain Quick reference guides and FAQ’s
  • Maintain internal team documentation – process changes, configuration documents, functional specifications, training documents, etc.
  • Perform MASS update (LSMW)
  • Coordinate regression testing with Level1 / define scope of regression testing
  • Automation of regression testing with IATA automation tool
  • Train/coach users on SAP OTC / PTP functionalities
  • Execute unit and integration testing
  • IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting in liaison with superusers (L1).
  • Support for workflow troubleshooting on OTC / PTP
  • Use a ticket management system to reflect resolution and other actions

In addition the incumbent will support when possible the SAP ECC platform owner and Level 3 support to develop, implement and maintain best business practice standard operating procedures in line with SAP OTC / PTP standard functionalities.


Qualifications and Skills
  • University degree;
  • Minimum 5 year experience in SAP OTC/PTP modules;
  • SAP OTC/PTP configuration skills;
  • Sound knowledge of integration between SAP modules, i.e. OTC, PTP and FI;
  • Minimum 5 year experience in SAP MM and SD modules;
  • MM Module (Procurement, Inventory, Invoice Verification, Master Data);
  • SD Module (Sales Document, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, IDOC/Proxy interface);
  • Customer centric focus;
  • Knowledge of query reports and mass update tools;
  • Training experience would be desirable (including experience with training remote audience via remote communication tools);
  • Understanding of ITIL processes;
  • Good presentations and communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office software especially Ms Word, Ms Excel;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Knowledge of other languages would be an asset;
  • Oher modules of SAP ECC would be a plus (FI, Workflow, ABAP debug capabilities);
  • Automated testing skills are a plus;
  • Experience with problem resolution and troubleshooting;
  • Airline industry experience candidate will be an asset.
