Our client, a leader in the Software Industry is looking for driven Sales Representatives to join their growing team!

Remote until December

This is a 3 month contract with potential for full time employment

60% Salary/40% Commission

Job purpose: We are looking for a high energy and driven Sales representatives that will be responsible for selling AutoEntry to our customers and accountants. You will identify and manage sales opportunities to close.

• Place outbound calls to customers/prospects within an assigned region or set of accounts to build relationships, determine needs for data entry automation (AutoEntry)

• Assess customer’s/accountant’s needs, recommend, or assist in the selection of appropriate product or services, product demo and negotiate prices

• Develop proposals, or other materials to illustrate benefits from use of software and services

• Prepare sales quotes and orders and maintain customer records

• Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge through training to explain features to clients and answer questions about product or services

• Manage customer relationships by reviewing customer account data to ensure accounts are maintained correctly and determine possible recommendations for other products and service

• Ensure target talk time, dials, call quality are met with be proactive to development, coaching and progression opportunities

• Keep all information, relating to inbound and outbound calls up to date in Salesforce

Experience:

  • Determination to success and navigate an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Experience in applying quality sales call techniques including tone, fact finding, enthusiasm, closing and next steps
  • Experience working in Sales and/or outbound call centre selling environment preferably in the software industry
  • Sales Pipeline management experience
  • Ability to work and excel in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiations and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Marketing preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Accounting &/or Accounting practice

  • Proficiency in MS Office and various prospecting tools
