A National B2B managed services firm that provides outsourced management of waste, organics and recycling to a broad range of industries across Canada. The company is built around the cloud and offers a variety of cloud solutions for our customers in the Waste and Recycling Management space. They are looking for an ERP Project Manager to manage, design, build and maintain an internal operation and back office system (Companies OS) as well as a SaaS/HaaS client portal and mobile app. The ERP Project Manager will help the COO and the product ownership team build, guide, mentor and lead a team of Software and Database Developers.

Requirements:



  • Comfortable leading a team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or closely allied field

  • 4-7 years of software development experience with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Required minimum 3 years experience in MS Dynamics specifically with implementation development and configuration

  • Significant experience with Azure cloud platform required

  • Significant experience in leading Agile Development and Agile Teams

  • Strong .NET, Java and SQL development experience

  • Excellent project management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow-through on issues in a timely manner

What you will be doing:



  • Leads a development team composed of software developers, functional consultants, database developers and UX developers distributed internally and outsourced

  • Dedicates 50% - 75% of time to hands-on development. Other acting as development lead. Hands-on percentage is front loaded and will decrease as the development team grows

  • Defines and enforces good and secure coding standard

  • Participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies

  • Facilitates development planning and progress meetings

  • Leads development team to identify all tasks, prioritizing backlog and delivering on every sprint cycle

  • Provide leadership to development team

  • Other duties as assigned
