  Job Description

In accordance with the Vision, Purpose, and Values, and strategic direction of the Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) patient and staff safety is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone; as such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position.

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance & Operations (FM&O) and the Office Supervisor – FM&O, performs complex record keeping such as the preparation of cost and statistical data for capital projects, calculating charges, and maintains related records. Performs timekeeping and other related clerical duties such as answering queries and drafting and producing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and customized project software.
