The Dayforce Talent team is looking for an experienced Product Owner responsible for Employee Engagement on the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management solution. We are offering an opportunity to reinvent Human Capital Management and develop new and innovative solutions that challenge industry perception of what an HCM solution can do.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Owner is responsible for driving the development of new and innovative products that solve complex business problems that organizations face today. Dayforce HCM is a powerful, cloud-based Human Capital Management system that helps organization tackle challenging problems in HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, talent management and more. This role can be located in one of the following locations: Atlanta, Minneapolis, Ottawa or Toronto

Responsibilities:

  • Works with development on a daily basis to ensure product releases are proceeding on schedule and at high quality. Documents product requirements and respond to client ideas in a timely manner. 
  • Conducts release webinars and works with technical writers to ensure that all release announcements and documentation are accurate 
  • Ensures that all org readiness activities are complete by working with internal stakeholders such as support, implementation, sales, marketing, and finance
  • Collaborates with the design and development teams to turn product requirements into reality 
  • Highly organized, disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile development team
  • Supports the organization as a subject matter expert (SME) for the product area 
  • Manages the Business Analyst and serves as a mentor 
  • Demonstrates an ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree but MBA preferred
  • Employee Engagement domain experience
  • Experience with Agile / SCRUM product development methodologies
  • Thrives when working in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results
