Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager - Community with product owner experience to work as part the team that owns the community management area of our product. This is a great opportunity Your primary focus will be working as a product owner with one or more of development teams. You'll also be interfacing with customers, sales, partners and internal teams to enhance our product capabilities in this area. We need a natural self-starter who can work in a collaborative, team environment but isn't afraid to tell it like it is.


What you are looking for:

  • You love being the resident expert and evangelist for the current and future features of our products
  • To collaborate with other product managers, user experience designers and developers to uncover, prioritize and document user requirements and specifications for the development team
  • To learn by shipping new products and features
  • To grow as a product manager through working with senior product leaders
  • To help train customers, sales team and other groups on product features and benefits

As a product manager in our team, you'll work in an agile environment helping manage our SaaS application that helps hundreds of the world's top brands make their products and services better.


Our ideal candidate:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
  • A collaborative team player who can communicative effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive in and learn a new area.
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment, ideally at an enterprise SAAS organization.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or Pragmatic Marketing certified.
  • Previous experience in a similar or related product area would be an asset.
