What You’ll Be Doing
 
You’ll use your processing and banking centre experience to maintain processes on a number of systems that directly impact our clients. As a Processing Clerk, you’ll work closely with your team to solve issues and ensure procedures are followed. You’ll work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity standards and service level agreements.
 
How You’ll Succeed

  • Organizational Skills – Use your knowledge of processes and systems to verify, process, and balance incoming items on a variety of different systems and equipment. Assist your team with administrative duties that improve your department’s efficiency.

  • Collaboration – Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements.

  • Problem Solving - Listen, ask questions, and deeply understand the needs of your clients and team. Act like an owner by taking accountability for issues, and know when to lean on others to build a better solution together.

  • This is a regular full time role with a schedule of 30 hours each week. You may need to work shifts, which includes days, evenings and weekends

  • You may be occasionally expected to push, pull, or lift bins and carts that can be in excess of 20 lbs
