Job Description


Position Purpose:  Overnight Merchandising Associates (MEAs) perform in-store merchandise service activities such as merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization and display/signage maintenance to enhance the customer experience.   These associates execute tasking projects and resets safely, accurately and efficiently. 

Overnight associates typically work 9pm-7:30am between Monday and Thursday. 4 x 10 hour shifts.

Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Organize, straighten and clean shelves, signage and products
  • Build and maintain displays using basic hand tools
  • Read and interpret directions to ensure merchandise is set to planogram
  • Price changes/labeling
  • Stocking merchandise
  • Maintain positive working relationship with co-workers

Preferred Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience working in retail merchandising service industry or working directly for large scale retailer
  • Experience using basic hand tools
  • Experience working on teams, with heavy reliance on team to accomplish goals
  • Attention to Detail: Stays attentive and aware, catches errors before completing assignments, and maintains high quality standard for work
  • Frequent heavy lifting required; bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time; comfortable with ladders & lift equipment
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of web based applications
