 We are hiring for an Operations manager to operate our GardaWorld branch in Fort St John who is experienced in management and is ready to be a part of a rapidly growing company.

What you’ll be doing

* Demonstrate professionalism in the management of clients

* Operating a branch of security officers for multiple contracts

* Excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment

* Establish an on-going productive relationship with the client representatives

* Enhance and retain a high profile portfolio of accounts through interactive solutions

* Overseeing the scheduling of your contracts

* Creating service agreements

* Attending meetings/site visits

* Monitoring overtime and branch goals

* Completing required reports

What we’re looking for

* Management experience of 1-2 years in a customer service management and/or leadership role (security industry or military experience would be preferable)

* Advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Office, Internet and social media

* Knowledge about risk management in the security industry and application processes

* Display high levels of professional and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, staff and employees

* Strong leadership qualities and networking abilities

* Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

* Strong communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work flexible hours

* Self-starter orientation, eager to be a game changer and willingness to be a part of the solution!
