Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Nuclear Operations Interface Lead to be based in our Toronto, ON location. An ideal candidate must be local or willing to relocate to the area.
AECOM's Construction Services Canada has multiple opportunities for experienced Operations Interface Lead to support the successful completion of a range of projects across the region.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides supervision and delegation of staff work assignments and general administration responsibilities for the efficient operation of the Planning Department.
  • Provides counsel to top management on the practices and procedures for developing and maintaining efficient and effective marketing operations.
  • Maintains existing programs and researches, recommends and implements new and/or modified programs.
  • Develops and recommends changes in the company's policies and strategies based on developments in the internal or external environment.
  • Under limited supervision, performs advanced and/or complex duties demonstrating full use of economic, financial, marketing, planning, accounting, statistical and/or other management science theory and techniques. Applies sound professional judgment in solving a variety of problems. Has lead responsibility for a designated area or function. Completed work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics, engineering science, management science, applied sciences or a closely related field or equivalent.
  • This is an entry-level management position with 6 years of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Nuclear Construction, Maintenance and/or Heavy Industry experience – Essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CAN/CSA N285.0 – 12, General Requirements for Pressure-Retaining Systems and Components in CANDU Nuclear Power Plants
  • An ideal candidate must be local or willing to relocate to the area. No LOA or Subs will be provided.
