Job Summary

Coordination of all promotional programs for Retail Banner Group Category Management (RRx, IDA, Guardian)including; Flyer and postcard programs, in store special value programs.  Support set up and follow up from all flyer meetings to ensure all reporting and minutes are captured, adjustments made prior to SOF being sent to stores.  Follow up on margin reports are required.  Liase with Innerworkings as required for external vendor management, and marketing team for seasonal programs.

 


Specific Responsibilities

 

Overall Executional Leadership of RBG Program

-Manage flyer inbox, onboard and remove stores from run list as per request

-Management of Postcard program and support approval process for artwork with member

-Troubleshoot any weekly/monthly flyer issues as required.

-Manage processing of invoices related to flyers – cross reference to ensure accuracy prior to processing

-Proof flyers to ensure accuracy and cohesive look and feel across flyer, digital etc.  cross reference with plan created with other business units

-Run list Management – ensure accuracy of all details as this drives delivery and billing of the program

-Proof shelf talkers and management of POP kits to store – follow up as required

-Provide Flyer Distribution List to Printer once Flyer has been approved. 

-Collaborate with merch services around postcard distributions as it relates to cancellations

-Communicate with operations and members with respect to flyer program inquiries, follow up and billing issues

-Liase with Innerworkings on communications and process improvement with vendors as required

 

 

Financial Responsibilities

-Prepare and transmit monthly billing files to finance – ensure accuracy is reflected

-Collaborate with finance to solve any billing issues that arise

-Review all invoicing prior to processing for accuracy based on run lists, ensure invoices are specific to category management, divert invoicing when not and ensure proper cost center management

 

 

Communication Responsibilities

-Provide PDFs of flyer to be posted on portal prior to flyers start date

-Upload flyers to portal

-Ongoing management of flyer documents on portal as required/as programs change

-Preparation & transmission of billing report to finance on a monthly basis to

-Collaboration and communication to Category Mangers and Coordinators to ensure cohesive flyer planning process that supports timelines required
