Job Description

The opportunity:

The Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility, will lead the development of the CSR strategy and execute corporate responsibility initiatives throughout the company. They will ensure the company’s environmental and sustainability efforts enhance business performance and support long-term interests of the company. The CSR Manager will also develop, implement and evaluate our annual CSR communications plan.

You are great at:

• Working with a cross-functional CSR implementation team to ensure CSR program goals established by the Steering Committee are achieved
• Collaborating with the Internal Audit team on CSR customer assessments; delivering required content and data for customer assessments
• Identifying CSR issues and opportunities across the business
• Benchmarking programming against industry leaders to ensure best-in-class strategies are used and results are achieved
• Maintaining a database of metrics and managing quarterly CSR reporting; analyzing program KPIs and making CSR program recommendations based on data trends
• Maintaining CSR content on external website communicating our progress on global CSR initiatives
• Reviewing and updating the corporate giving program guidelines; ensuring processes and procedures are in place to manage the program, leveraging site leadership globally
• Assisting in the program management of global corporate giving campaigns

What it takes:

• 5+ years of proven experience building and delivering social responsibility programs in a corporate setting
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or CSR/Sustainability
• Understands and can clearly articulate strategic impact of corporate responsibility and strategic philanthropy efforts on the business
• Understands how to develop effective internal and external communication strategies and programs for corporate responsibility and social impact initiatives
• Understands the compliance side of CSR and various global standards, reporting and rating frameworks (ISO 26000, UN Global Compact, Global Reporting Initiative, EcoVadishr)
• Leverages organizational awareness and interpersonal communication skills to influence others to engage with and offer support to CSR and community-related initiatives
