THE ROLE




The purpose of this role is to support the implementation and delivery of a marketing communications plan that helps the achievement of the revenue and growth objectives associated with the allocated Business Unit and for the AMERICA Region.
 
The role helps developing and implementing communications activities across the America customer base and marketplace to include advertising, PR, events, customer seminars, web-based activities, collateral production and internal communication and maximizes the overall return on marketing communications wherever possible. This is a highly collaborative role, which will require working closely with internal and external stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • To contribute to and support the Integrated Marketing Communications plan, optimizing the success of all activities delivered for making it available for the AMER region,

  • To participate actively in the organisation of customer seminars and support business presence at industry events with the help of the events team with the goal demonstrate SITAONAIR's commitment to our AMER customer base, which aim to introduce new product/services, raise positive awareness, build brand loyalty, and generate new leads for the business;

  • To assist and coordinate event strategy and logistics in conjunction with management and external agencies, ensuring all events are successful from beginning to end, specifically for AMER User Group Event.

  • To support PR plans and serves as AMER point of contact for media related activities and working in close co-ordination with the central PR Manager in day to day media relations;

  • To manage the input from external agencies involved in the production of creative marketing communications material (using creative briefs) and in delivering event or programme/campaign components, ensuring that material is delivered to pre-defined specifications and within agreed timescales to support events, advertising, programmes/campaigns etc for the AMER region.

  • To maintain the integrity of SITAONAIR's brand and protect or strengthen SITAONAIR's brand value by actively managing the brand compliancy of all marketing communications activities and material.;

EXPERIENCE

Graduate.  


Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong communication skills – both in written and verbal communications.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate with co-workers and business contacts in a professional manner

Education & Qualifications

A university degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or communications.
