WSP is currently initiating a search for Intern for our Los Angeles/Southern California office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and writing reports on policy board meetings
  • Assist in coverage of Civic Engagment outreach, coordination of attendees and writing reports on presentations
  • Research, as needed, across business lines, general and project-specific, and assist in preparing reports/presenations of research
  • Assist GR professional as needed
  • Assist the Marketing group, as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • No direct internship experience necessary
  • Current college or university student  
  • Strong writing and research skills
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the US political processes and governmental structure
  • Adaptability to a flexible schedule (there may be some night meetings)
