We are in the process of making our Resort a destination unto itself for food, celebrations, relaxation and business. We believe in hospitality feeling natural to offer and look forward to being of service in this way.

In support and in conjunction with the Rooms Division and Revenue Manager, this position oversees the daily front desk operations to confirm correct practices are in use and that organizational standards are met while openly and efficiently communicating with department leaders and colleagues to enrich guest’s overall experience.

The individual in this role has a way of making sense of a situation when things don’t go as planned, ensuring all guests concerns are resolved through collaborative and mindful problem solving. They are proactive in identifying guest’s needs and always have a plan to ensure a seamless experience for guests and colleagues alike.

The right candidate knows to ‘expect the unexpected’ in this role and has a wealth of knowledge and skills to face whatever challenges come their way with grace and confidence.
