Job Responsibilities
• Point of contact for Walmart.
• Executes the banner priorities as directed by the account team to ensure store level compliance to all Promotional and Merchandising activity.
• Executes the Perfect Store Principles.
• For some banners, the candidate should work in collaboration with a Mondeléz Sales Rep. to execute what is prescribed at store level (Dominion, Sobeys).
• Helps to build scale displays for scale promotions – Christie, Cadbury, Seasonal.
• Maintains store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags properly, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity.
• Partners with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an effective working relationship.
• Works to eliminate out-of-stocks and out dates through proper shelf management.
• Assembles/sets-up store fixtures and displays efficiently and accurately by following Plan-O-Grams.
• Communicates effectively with the Field Sales Manager and sales peers on issues, opportunities.
• Completes all field reporting requirements – Touch.


• High school diploma.
• College diploma in sales related field is a plus. 
• Experience in sales and merchandising.
• Computer/Tablet skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Learning the basics of Perfect Store principles.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently and make decisions without guidance.
• Detail-oriented, problem solving, excellent communication skills.
• There may be some travel, so flexibility is key.
