Estimator at Fluor participate in estimate preparation for projects.

Responsibilities will include:
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
• Provide high-quality estimating data in a timely and professional manner
• Perform Material Take-Offs for estimates
• Develop familiarity with Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Element concepts
• Apply Material Costs and Labor Effort-hours Units
• Presenting Estimate information and reports to Clients and Project Managers in order for them to make informed decisions about the project

Career path:

Successful candidates can expect to go on long-term and field assignments in order to see the project through its duration, which provides opportunities to develop their skills and project knowledge.

Basic Job Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or an Economics field of focus in 2018

Fluor's projects are organized into task forces which operate as a team. Successful candidates will be working closely with other employees and efficient written and oral communication skills are essential to the job.
