The opportunity:

The Talent Brand Manager is focused on scaling recruitment marketing and bringing the OpenText talent brand to life and embedding it across our TA and other key talent processes with a best-in-class experience for all candidates and hiring managers involved. Work at a global scale but with a regional ‘lens’ as you will engage many levels of the organization to develop excellence across all our talent brand and recruitment marketing activities. Make an impact in how we source, find, attract the right talent at the right time in all our talent markets.

You are great at:

• Bringing deep subject matter expertise in talent and employer branding, recruitment marketing and thought leadership to help build and deliver on our talent brand mandate
• Execute on our talent brand content calendar and global candidate attraction and engagement campaigns to support current and future strategic hiring goals of the company
• Manage day-to-day planning and execution of talent brand and recruitment content marketing efforts to support our hiring initiatives
• Design and develop brand touch point to improve experiences throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with digital, brand and social marketing teams to create compelling and relevant content that will serve our unique global footprint and diversity of talent needs across all digital brand touch points
• Manage vendors and associated spend including LinkedIn paid media, Glassdoor, Indeed campaigns, and other platforms and tools

What it takes:

• 8+ experience in marketing and/or HR or a mix
• 3+ years’ developing and publishing content / brand marketing with emphasis on talent or employer branding and recruitment marketing a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in work experience in relevant discipline(s)
• A strong understanding of candidate behaviour and how people search for jobs and get hired
• Creativity with talent for developing meaningful employment messaging content to push out to talent communities
• Professional ‘polish’ in developing all recruitment marketing content, external and internal presentations, other documentation for review approval, and publishing
• Deep expertise across social media platforms, and digital tools
• Ability to build and managing an omni-channel recruitment content marketing methodology and related digital attraction technologies
