THE OPPORTUNITY
 
As the Director, Corporate Human Resources, you will optimize our organization’s most valuable asset – our staff.  This position is instrumental to build, drive and support the Corporate Talent Management team and provides strategic and innovative business solutions to strengthen our talent pipeline, champion our culture, and inspire excellence in our people to ensure Aritzia’s success; now and in the future.
 
You will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Building and aligning our organizational structure to support growth and change to meet current and future business needs
  • Identifying and executing on opportunities to motivate, inspire and accelerate employees to drive performance and increase job satisfaction
  • Being a champion of our culture
 
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                              
 
As a seasoned professional in your craft, you use your experience to drive business results through inspirational and effective leadership of your team. As an entrepreneur you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.
 
In addition, you have:
  • Seasoned leader of Human Resource function with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, business or related field
  • Experience partnering directly with executive members
  • CHRP designation is an asset, but not required
  • International exposure a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
