- Responsible for all digital and traditional marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, DM, Print, Event and Influencer campaigns.
- Recommend and implement a direct-to-consumer strategy that includes both ecommerce and CRM activities to grow brand awareness and sales.
- Plan, develop and execute all performance marketing for company’s brands across North America, both online and offline.
- Responsible for the Services web pages globally and implement the content strategy for Company’s portfolio
- Carry out Google AdWords activities to optimize web traffic
- Update and use common marketing databases and tools
- Create omni-channel marketing calendar with clearly defined KPIs to increase brand awareness and sales across paid media.
- Develop data and analytical frameworks and infrastructure to track campaign KPIs and ROI across all paid media channels
- Analyze marketing performance across all media channels and present actionable insights to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Create liaison with internal teams to generate brand awareness and drive foot traffic to wholesale and retail partner stores, coordinating both digital and in-store events.
- Work closely with business areas and market areas to ensure business plans and priorities are being implemented

- 3-5 years of work related experience
- 1-2 years of ecommerce marketing driving engagements and conversions online
- Planning, executing and analyzing paid media campaigns experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Passionate about online marketing, SEM and SMM campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, Hootsuite, FB Business Manager and Google Adwords.
- Enthusiasm for fashion products and brands
