Kelly Services has a customer located in Oakville who is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will interface with customers on a daily basis and will be responsible for professionally handling outgoing calls for both non-profit campaigns and commercial or healthcare businesses while providing a superior level of customer service for our clients.

Duties

  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
  • Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
  • Meets and/or exceeds conversion rates and dials per hour metrics as per the client s expectations
  • Follows all company policies as they appear in the corporate policy and procedures manual
  • Participates in training and team meetings as required
    Reports to Supervisor, Customer Experience

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy required
  • Knowledge of Customer Service philosophy
  • Ability to problem solve and handle difficult customers while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Results oriented and customer focused
  • High school equivalent preferred
  • Able to Pass a Criminal Background Check
