Mississauga manufacturer has an immediate need of an experienced Customer Service Representative to support their Spare Parts and Services team!


  • Answer incoming calls to spare parts or technical service
  • Provide courteous, professional and prompt service to all customers
  • Process orders or technical service bookings thru SAP
  • Execute all sales related documents accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure customers are kept well informed of status of their orders; follow up as required
  • Research where needed with other departsments to ensure proper and timely order processing
  • Protect company's assets and interests when interacting with customers
  • Work with internal departments as needed
  • Process part returns as needed
  • Handle other miscellaneous duties as necessary
  • Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (2-3 years)
  • Ability to handle large volume of calls
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong ability to communicate patiently and diplomatically
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office, Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Basic experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation or warehousing
  • SAP experience
  • Highly energetic and be a teamplayer
  • Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
  • College degree or equivalent preferred.
