Job Description

Mississauga Distributor has an immediate need for an experienced Customer Service/Order Desk professional.

Using SAP, you will receive, process orders via phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Enter that are received by fax, over the phone, email into SAP
  • Address dealer enquiries on product, pricing, invoices, availability and shipping
  • Edit orders when required
  • Sort entered orders
  • Work with peers, supervisor, accounting, shipping and production to keep all areas informed if any customer issues
  • Coordinate correspondence between shipping and customers
  • Expedite shipments when required
  • Prepare return authorization form for damaged and/or not ordered product
  • Promote additional and/or new items to customers
  • Provide replacement parts to customers as required
  • Potential candidates will have the following skills/experience:

  • Fluent in French/English (verbal and written)
  • Customer service/Order Desk experience
  • SAP a MUST
  • Experience working with big retailers, ie Walmart, The Bay, Costco
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multitask
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
