The Opportunity 

The Coordinator, Credit & Collections will work with the credit and collection team to maintain accurate receivables while upholding excellent customer service. This permanent position will report directly to the Manager, Credit.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Identify and analyze payment patterns for assigned customer portfolio
  • Communicate effectively with customers to collect on past due payments
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and customer complaints and determine the appropriate action
  • Respond to general customer account inquires and be responsive to individual customer needs for document distribution
  • Observe changes for assigned customer portfolio and accurately amend customer master files
  • Post daily deposits and reconcile accounts
  • New customer set up
  • Collect and maintain customer tax certificates

Additionally other duties may be assigned as required by the Credit Manager.

Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

  • High School graduate
  • Three years general business experience
  • Two years Accounts Receivable experience
  • JDE experience is considered an asset

Skills and Abilities

  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
