Job Title: Clerk I – Oilseeds
Lloydminster, AB
 
Full-time / Salaried Non-exempt
 
MAIN FUNCTION : Clerical I, this individual will report to the Commercial Manager of the location or Office Manager, this position is part of the commercial merchandising team at the location.  Clerical I will be proficient in one of the major areas of the Clerical function, Grain Settlements, Meal Transactions, Plant Operations, or Community Engagement. Clerical I duties and tasks are standardized. Clerical I require supervision, resolve mainly routine questions and problems and refer more complex issues to higher levels of responsibility. The Clerical I will also perform routine clerical functions, including filing, answering phones, distributing materials, record retention.

REQUIREMENTS:
 
Ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED equivalent along with basic proficiency in Word-Excel-Outlook. The candidate will have a confident and courteous manner. The candidate must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend, and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by telephone. The candidate must be able to use a calculator and have basic mathematics skills.  Position requires sitting for prolonged periods of time, heavy phone use, and standing, bending, kneeling and operating a keyboard.
