Call Center Team Lead - WD30047228136


 
What you will do
This position is the liaison between the National Dispatch Centre Department and Team Manager and the Dispatch Team.
 
How you will do it
 


  • Supervision of dispatch floor staff Monday to Friday 1100-1900 hours (shifts subject to change if need be)

  • Primary escalation contact for floor staff

  • Assisting with inbound phone traffic when necessary

  • Managing call queues to ensure optimal service levels are met

  • Manage miscellaneous tasks as assigned

  • Customer escalations

  • Support staff in development and training



Qualifications

 
What we look for
Required
College course(s) or equivalent work experience.
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint). - MASterMind knowledge and Tyco Policies & Procedures and culture an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are a must.
The successful applicant needs to be able to work alone with minimal supervision and be self-motivated. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset If you are interested in this opportunity
