This position starts with a 3 months term minimum and has the potential of going long term. The successful candidate, along with being highly organized, dependable and detail oriented, will have a strong commitment to team work. This position offers a strategically focused team environment that relies on each individual contributing with their talents and abilities, and having the flexibility and desire to assume varying roles and responsibilities to ensure the success of the team and themselves.
Some of the roles, responsibilities and qualifications for this position will include:
- Filing, Data Entry,E-filing and Faxing
- Liaison with team members and facilitating inter-office communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel software.
- Research best product for clients and documenting findings
- working with a large amount of forms and paper work
- Open to cover the front Receptionist on lunch time and sick days.
- Proficiency in both French and English are required for this position.
- The successful candidate will have a proven ability to handle detailed tasks and have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and planning skills. Previous experience in a position requiring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality is preferred.
