Job Requirements

As the ideal candidate you possess:

  • An ability to understand business drivers and the ability to act on it
  • Ability to create a clear vision
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Business degree or diploma or equivalent experience
  • A track record of successfully managing risk and compliance issues
  • Coaching and leadership experience
  • Sales Training programs or equivalent experience would be an asset
  • Knowledge of personal lending services and products
  • 5 - 7 years financial services experience.
