Administrative Assistant

Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Montreal, QC
Position status: Temporary assignment for 2 Months
Salary: 18-20$/h

- Answer the phone
- First point of contact with clients
- Respond to inquires in regards to packages
- Assist with basic clerical duties, office tidiness, small inventory management, shipments
- Organize and prepare documents, schedule client meetings, and follow up on outstanding forms
- Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Keep the agenda updated
- Act as an assistant to the president and management team
- Occupy the reception and be responsible for the appearance of the waiting room

- English and French is preferred, English more dominant
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in an office admin role
- Advanced skill set with excel
- Attention to details VERY important
