The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include:
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Responsible for managing/maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting executive with office communications; travel arrangements for executive and sales team; and coordination of various meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining product sample inventory; sending out samples to customers and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting inside sales team; assisting with trade show preparations as required (booth, staffing, samples, papers, cards, advertisements, etc.).
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Secondary education preferred; Completion of 2 or 4-year college/university program to include business and or office administration program.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Medium to Advanced computer and keyboard skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent grammar, writing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of SAGE, QuickBooks, or accounting programs an asset.
  • Professional, outgoing manner and personable, positive attitude.
  • Some infrequent travel outside the country may be required along with a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is approximately $50,000 per year. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
