Job Description


  • Permanent opportunity
  • Location: London, ON
  • Full-time hours

Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts payable
  • Ensuring timely and accurate entries, payment processing of vendor invoices, correct signing authorities and account codes
  • Vendor electronic payment batch preparation, distribution, and filing.
  • Review vendor statements to ensure outstanding invoices have been paid
  • Respond to vendor and internal staff inquiries
  • Assist with customer order entry as required
  • Assist with preparation of month-end account reconciliations including A/P clearing account and inventory transfers

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • College Diploma or post-secondary education in accounting or business administration
  • Experience with Sage 300 is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail with
  • Intermediate skills with Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
