Job Description


Position Summary
Assists the Account Manager in a staff capacity by coordinating and performing all activities related to accounts payable/receivable, budget documentation, reporting and other account financial obligations.

Essential Duties
Sorting and GL coding Accounts Payable invoices from all geographic locations.
Process and file paid invoices.
Assist with the setup of new customers and new vendors.
Entering expense reports into expense management system (Concur).
Reconcile monthly Concur transactions.
Assist with month-end closing entries.
Responds in a professional, polite, and helpful manner when dealing with other staff and customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Associates Degree in Accounting or  other related  field ,  or High School Diploma combined with substantial relevant work experience.
Three or more years of accounting experience
Experience with JD Edwards and PeopleSoft systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Access.
